Mission
The South Village Stewardship Fund is a registered non-profit whose mission is to steward the agricultural and preserved lands for the benefit of South Village and the surrounding community. It does this through the management of preserved lands in order to increase the biodiversity of flora and fauna while also providing recreational opportunities. The agricultural land consists of an organic farm that uses sustainable practices to preserve soil and water. Farm produce is offered for sale to the neighborhood and to the public.
Funding
The South Village Stewardship Fund is primarily funded from the sale of property in South Village. As specified in the Declarations of South Village, one‐half of 1% of the purchase price of lots and homes is dedicated to our foundation (paid by the seller).
